Terms of Agreement
What We Need:
- Baby’s first name and date of birth
- Your address, email address, and telephone number
- Preferred pedestal color: Bronze, Pewter, or Gold
Cost:
- Prepaid $700.00 + Shipping and Insurance (Shipping cost will be calculated based on your state, as items are shipped from Texas via UPS. The price includes the molding kit.)

Important Information:
- No refunds or returns are accepted. We take every precaution to ensure your sculpture arrives safely. Each sculpture is securely packaged in molded styrofoam and marked as “Fragile.” However, we cannot guarantee UPS handling.
- We photograph each sculpture in its packaging before shipping. Upon receiving your sculpture, please photograph it both wrapped and unwrapped. If the sculpture arrives damaged, you must provide photos of the damage for insurance purposes to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Claims cannot be filed without these photos.
- Please allow two to six weeks from the time we receive your order for your sculpture to arrive. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once it has been shipped.
